Real ownership. Meaningful participation.
We are recruiting prospective Virginia cannabis entrepreneurs for review and potential introductions to business and funding partners. Our focus is opening doors for people and communities affected by cannabis prohibition, including minority entrepreneurs.
What we look for
Reliability, honesty, willingness to document eligibility, and readiness to take an active role in running a regulated business. A cannabis-related record is not automatically treated as a reason to reject a candidate in our preliminary screening.
How the process works
1. Complete the screener. Share your background, experience, and goals.
2. Candidate review. We review information and may request an interview or supporting documentation.
3. Explore a partnership. Selected candidates may discuss potential funding, ownership, and operating responsibilities.
4. Independent review. Any arrangement requires written terms and appropriate legal and regulatory review. State eligibility and licensing decisions belong to the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority.
