Privacy notice

Virginia Cannabis Social Equity is operated by Another Mastamynd Hit LLC. We use information you voluntarily submit to review candidate interest, communicate with you, and evaluate potential partnerships.

What the screener collects

The screener may request contact details, residency history, business experience, financial and background disclosures, references, a résumé, and an electronic signature. Voluntary demographic questions are identified in the form.

Where submissions go

The embedded application is hosted by Jotform. Submitted information is processed through Jotform and is available to authorized users of our Jotform account. See Jotform’s privacy policy. Hosting providers may also process technical access information. Embedded photography is served by Unsplash.

Review and sharing

Information is used for candidate evaluation. Before sharing identifying candidate materials with a prospective partner, we will request permission. References will not be contacted without advance notice. Separate written consent is required before any formal consumer or background report.
