Is this a government program?

No. Virginia Cannabis Social Equity is a private recruitment and education initiative operated by Another Mastamynd Hit LLC. We are not the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority.

Does completing the form apply for a license?

No. It starts our candidate screening process. State license applications must follow the Authority’s official process.

Does social equity mean I qualify automatically?

No. State eligibility must be assessed against current requirements. Official materials may use the term “impact license applicant.” Our screening is preliminary.

Are funding or ownership terms guaranteed?

No. Any funding, ownership percentages, operating duties, or future sale arrangements must be negotiated, documented, and reviewed under applicable requirements.
